Do you have the latest version of Progeny, the Midmark imaging software?

Users must have the latest Midmark imaging software (Progeny Imaging 1.21.2.0) installed to access the enhanced features of the Midmark-SignalSMILE connection. You can follow the steps below to find out if you are using Progeny 1.21.2.0.

  • Log in to your Midmark imaging application.
  • The loading screen displays the software version at the bottom of the dialogue box. (See example)

  • If you need to upgrade your Progeny software version, please contact Midmark Technical Support at 844.856.1232, option 3, or email ITS@midmark.com.

2. Alternatively, once you are logged into Progeny, you can find your software version by clicking the Help tab at the top of the screen and selecting “About Progeny Imaging.” The version number will display on the pop-up. (See example)
